Regenerate a court bundle after making changes

Replace a stale court bundle after reordering or editing the Document Index.

If you reorder rows, add headings, or change columns after generating a bundle, the previous bundle is stale. Regenerate it:

1. In the tab, click in the toolbar.
2. Click in the panel to build the bundle again.
3. If any documents have processing issues, a warning dialog lists them — click Create Bundle Anyway to continue or to fix them first.
4. If anything in the collection you are regenerating has not been charged before, a Confirm Export dialog shows what it will cost — click Export to commit the charge and continue, or to stop. Documents you have moved to the Bin are not charged.
5. Because a bundle already exists for this collection, BriefTech warns Existing bundle files detected — "Starting a new bundle will overwrite previous results." Click Proceed to regenerate, or to keep the current bundle.

Heads up: Clicking Proceed clears the previous bundle's files immediately, before the new one is assembled — a run that fails partway leaves you with neither. Download anything you still need from the current bundle before regenerating.

Your court bundle is rebuilt and now reflects the current Document Index — the stale version is replaced.
